Terms and Conditions – Alona DT 5

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use alona dt 5, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering and playing of your own free will, using funds that belong to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming platforms under any applicable rules that apply to your personal circumstances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on alona dt 5. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual — based on shared personal details, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — all duplicate accounts may be closed. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

Account registration requires a valid CNIC number, a working mobile number and a current email address. These details must remain accurate and up to date. Full account verification, including CNIC document verification, is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Alona dt 5 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time.

2 Account Rules and Responsibilities

Once your account is active, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested from your account.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately through the live chat in your account.
• Alona dt 5 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their credentials.
• Account balances — both real money and bonus funds — are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.
• Accounts showing extended periods of inactivity may be subject to a dormancy review. Any applicable dormancy handling will be communicated via the email address registered to the account.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. Any behaviour that appears designed to exploit technical errors, take advantage of system glitches, or manipulate game outcomes through unintended means will be treated as a breach of these terms.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on alona dt 5 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's fast payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct bank account deposit (processing time may vary)

• Mobile Wallets — additional supported mobile wallet providers

Deposits are credited to your account balance almost immediately for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. Alona dt 5 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

4 Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawals from alona dt 5 are processed in PKR and paid out to your registered payment method. The platform does not charge any fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount that is sent to you.

Standard processing times for verified accounts:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 30 minutes of approval
• Raast: typically within 1 hour
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank
• Cards: 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your account has passed full CNIC verification. This is a one-time step — once your account is verified, all future withdrawals are processed without additional identity checks unless the platform has reason to request further documentation.

Alona dt 5 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for review purposes if there is a reason to investigate unusual account activity. In such cases, the support team will contact you via your registered email address. Withdrawals may also be withheld if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.

You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Alona dt 5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, referral rewards and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated at the point the offer is presented.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, selling or transferring bonus funds is prohibited.
• Alona dt 5 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, using irregular betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting offer conditions in unintended ways.
• Free bets and free spins granted as part of a promotion may carry maximum win caps, which will be communicated in the offer details.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of alona dt 5 covers cricket, football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Alona dt 5 does not guarantee that odds will remain the same if there is a delay between viewing and confirming a bet.
• Bets on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and Test matches — are subject to official match result s as determined by the relevant cricket board or official governing body.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific in-play rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected matches. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Alona dt 5 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or where the result was determined by events outside the normal course of play.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Any bet placed in error — incorrect team, incorrect market, wrong stake amount — cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before submitting.

PSL season betting, T20 World Cup markets and other high-demand cricket events may carry modified limits during peak periods. These limits will be visible at the time of placing your bet.

7 Casino and Slot Game Rules
